The Minister referred the Deputy’s questions on improved arrangements to prevent further hospital incidents to the Health Service Executive for a direct response.

Deputy Pádraig Rice asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 300 of 24 June 2026, to explain how these new arrangements surpass the previous arrangements in place at the time of the previous incidents (details supplied); to outline how these improvements will in practice prevent further such occurrences; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
