Schools can directly contact the business units within my department through the helplines and general contact numbers that are used to manage requests for information and follow up queries. Contact details for my department’s business units are detailed at: www.gov.ie/en/department-of-education/organisation-information/about-the-department-of-education-and-youth/

When publishing circulars, my department includes the direct unit contact details should a principal wish to raise a query with the subject matter experts.

Customers can also use the option to engage directly with my department's Customer Support Unit via phone or email. The Customer Support Unit can assist schools with their queries where possible or redirect as appropriate.

School transport, Pensions and Payroll queries can be made via the Case Management System (CMS) at: cs.education.gov.ie/

Customer Service Portal is at: cs.education.gov.ie/. This allows queries to be directed to the appropriate unit based on query category and school roll number via the contact query form.
