Deputy Cian O'Callaghan asked the Minister for Health the reason the company which has the contract for printing medical cards has been unable to do so for over a month; the reason medical card holders are being asked to download the HSE application in lieu of a physical card; when the printing of medical cards will resume; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
