Deputy Cian O'Callaghan asked the Minister for Health if the HSE or a public hospital contracts for cleaning services, who verifies the contractor’s compliance with the employment regulation order; if a contractor is required, at tender or during a public contract, to demonstrate that mandatory safety training is provided as paid working time; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
