Deputy Jennifer Whitmore asked the Minister for Transport the number of passengers carried on each morning peak service between Wicklow and Dublin in the most recent month for which data is available; the seating capacity of each service; and the extent to which passenger numbers exceeded seating capacity. As Minister for Transport, I have responsibility for policy and overall funding in relation to public transport; however, I am not involved in the day-to-day operations of public transport.
