Jennifer Murnane O'Connor Minister of State at the Department of Health Fianna Fáil

I am informed by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) that Closure Orders have been served on two food business operators who provide hot school meals. My Department was informed by the FSAI of these Closure Orders, one in 2025 and one in 2026 when notification of these respective Orders was received by the FSAI from the Health Service Executive (HSE).  My officials have requested that the FSAI keep the Department informed of any further developments.
