I thank the Minister for coming to the House and for the courtesy he has always shown it. I also thank Senators for the unanimity shown this afternoon. It was an excellent display of goodwill, understanding and acceptance of a worthwhile Bill. I congratulate the Minister and wish him and the Leas-Chathaoirleach a happy Christmas.
